This is a beautifully preserved vintage Hamilton 992B Railway Special pocket watch, dating to circa 1952.

It features a white enamel dial with bold black Arabic numerals with a black minute track, large blue steel hands and a small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock.

It is an open-face manual-wind pocket watch powered by the original Hamilton Watch Co. mechanical movement, railroad Grade 992B, featuring 21 jewels, size 16s, Model 5, lever-set, small-seconds and made in the U.S.A. It is a railroad grade, adjusted to six positions, temperature, and isochronism for precision timekeeping. Serviced on November 2025

The watch is housed in a mm round base metal case with polished finish and engraved edge, paired with a classic bow and crown — a typical design for the era.

Presented in working condition with a clean movement and well-preserved dial, this piece represents an excellent collectible example of early American horology.
