Secure Packaging
Carefully place the timepiece, original box, documentation, and all accessories into the original shipping container to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to guarantee safe delivery to our facility.
Verification & Refund
Our master watchmakers will perform a multi-point inspection to verify the condition and serial numbers; once cleared, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
